One of my charity works is one for the National Alliance for Mental Illness (NAMI) and I am putting my time for them because an anthology that was created for support of this organization is now on sale in major retailers in North America, Europe and Asia!! It is in the following countries: The US, Canada, The Entire UK, France, Germany and in Japan. The anthology is called On Mended Wings and it is a compilation of poetry and art to benefit this organization to compensate for medication and other care that other medical programs that do not provide service to those that have mental ailments. The point of this book is to raise awareness of these problems and to promote restoration and healing for those in need.
A wonderful friend came forward and she introduced me to this organization and I felt the need to be a part of it and donate my work to it. This also was a big help in getting my work out there quickly, for which it has. My hope is to keep you posted on all the bits and happenings everywhere.
